Simple Present Tense

Definition & Usage:
Simple Present Tense is used to express daily routine or activity, habitual action and something true
according to mostly people.

Summary :
1. Expressing daily routine or activity

   For Examples:

   Budi often attends saturday meeting.
   My father works in the rice-field to finance his family.
   She goes on a picnic once in a month.

2. Expressing habitual action

   For Examples:

   I always wake up early in the morning.
   Linda usually drink a cup of milk before going to bed.
   Uncle Tom likes reading a daily newspaper in the evening.

3. Expressing general Truth

   For Examples:

   She is Dewi Adriani.
   The sun rises in the east.
   Water boils 100 degrees of celcius.

Pattern :
A. Nominal Sentence  
   Subject + Be + Non-Verb

   For Example:

   (+) She is a nurse.
   (-) She is not a nurse.
   (?) Is she a nurse?

B. verbal Sentence  
   Subject + verb-1 + Object/Adverb/Complement  
   For Example:

   (+) They work hard all day.
   (-) They do not work hard all day.
   (?) Do they work hard all day?

Introduction (by author)

Learning English as a second language, perhaps, is rather difficult. Indonesian which has many ethnics and languages have their own point of views in speaking and interacting. Learning English feels hard when the dialectical tendency still influences in their learning.

However, In this simple blog, you will learn 16 tenses which will be discussed as detailed as possible. I don't mean that we will not discuss other lessons like reported speech, causative "have/has" or others. 
Browsing from google search engine, I have found many blogs and websites which have the same theme or topic found. And, A blog which focuses on one or sub theme will be my inspiration to build this free blog. Therefore, thanks a lot to http://www.blogger.com which gives me free to build and to publish what I know then I can share to other people specially for the students from elementary to senior high school.
